If you have any questions regarding any of the products or ribbons listed or you are trying to source an item that you have had trouble finding, an e-mail with questions will be answered at the first opportunity.

Postage / Handling

All goods are shipped as soon as possible after reciept of order - depending on availablity of stock. Postage charges are as per Australia Post costs and the service required i.e. express post, pre paid, registered, normal mail etc.

Privacy - Your personal information is used to process your order only. It will not be given, sold, lent or disclosed to any third party for any reason.

Refunds - Refunds will be given for defective goods only. No refunds will be given for cut ribbon, fabrics etc. (Please note: All kits are packaged with generous amounts of ribbon sufficient to complete the project.)
